- Day 1 : Montréal – Naples
Fly to Naples.
- Day 2 : Naples
Arrive at the Naples airport and transfer to the hotel. After a guided tour of the city, have lunch where you please. Check in at the hotel and enjoy a welcome dinner with wine. NH Napoli Panorama 4* (D)
- Day 3 : Naples – Pompeii – Sorrento Peninsula (52km)

- Day 4: Sorrento Peninsula – Massa Lubrense – Amalfi – Sorrento Peninsula (75km)
Stop at a farmhouse in Massa Lubrense for a cooking class with a chef where you’ll learn the secrets of Italian cooking. Depart for the Amalfi Coast. Stop for photos in Positano and explore Amalfi on your own. (B-L-D)

Leave for Rome. Panoramic tour of classical Rome in the afternoon to discover its most beautiful monuments (subject to time): Piazza Venezia with the monument to Victor Emmanuel II, nicknamed the Victor, the Roman Forum and Imperial Forums, and the Colosseum (exterior). Tour of the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. Rest of day at leisure. (B)

Drive to Assisi for a sampling lunch and a tasting at one of the region’s traditional oil mills. Guided tour of the historic centre and the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi. Then, onward to Pérouse. Hotel Gio Wine E Jazz area 4* (B-L-D)
- Day 10 : Perugia – Siena – San Gimignano – Montecatini Terme (249km)
Guided tour of the Siena Cathedral (outside), City Hall, and Piazza del Campo, site of the traditional bi-annual Palio horse race. Head on to San Gimignano for free time in the town. - Day 11 : Montecatini Terme – Florence – Montecatini Terme
Transfer to Montecatini Terme station (on foot or by bus depending on the distance from the hotel) and take the train to Florence. Guided walking tour of the city to see the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the Duomo, the magnificent Piazza della Signoria, and then the Ponte Vecchio, passing by the Uffizi Gallery. Enjoy some free time for lunch and return to Montecatini Terme in the late afternoon. Transfer from the train station to the hotel, where you’ll have dinner. (B-D)
- Day 12 : Montecatini Terme – Lucca – Cinque Terre (145km)

- Day 13 : Cinque Terre
Train ride and return by boat for a guided tour of three of the Cinque Terre’s five towns and hamlets: Riomaggiore, Manarola and Monterosso. This coastline is famed for its breathtaking beauty and dramatic landscape dotted with vineyards. (B)
- Day 14: Cinque Terre – Parma – Venice (390km)
Departure for Parma, famous for its cheese and prosciutto. Sampling of regional products. Then, onward to Venice. Hotel Belle Arti 3* (B-L)

Vaporetto shuttle to St. Mark’s Square. Guided tour of the city, including Saint Mark’s Basilica and Campanile, the Bridge of Sighs, and many more. Free time and farewell dinner (B-D)
