In addition to 24/7 Roadside Assistance anywhere in Canada and the United States (except for the CAA Go card), CAA-Quebec membership entitles you to a range of services and benefits in the fields of mobility, travel, insurance, and housing. Please refer to our Member’s Handbook for more information.
Yes. However, you must wait 48 hours after joining to request a Roadside Assistance service, or charges will apply. In addition, the distance covered will be limited to 30 kilometres per added option if you request towing within the first 7 days after joining or upgrading to CAA Plus, CAA Premier, CAA Plus RV, or CAA Premier RV.
CAA-Quebec memberships are fully refundable within the first 30 days of enrollment or renewal. The refund amount will be calculated according to the annual membership fee, minus services rendered within the first 30 days. Get a refund by calling 1-800-686-9243.

No. A CAA-Quebec membership is personal and cannot be transferred. However, associated memberships are available for spouses and dependents living at the same address at a reduced rate.
Yes. Your CAA-Quebec membership entitles you to the services and benefits of affiliated CAA Clubs across the country and in the United States (with AAA). Therefore, you can expect the same emergency assistance whenever you cross the Quebec or Canadian border, and enjoy discounts. Services for bicycles, motorcycles, and tent trailers under 4.88m (16ft) are not available everywhere.
No, only residents of Quebec can join CAA-Quebec. However, by joining another CAA Club (such as CAA South Central Ontario), your coverage will also extend to Quebec.
