How does it work?
Bike Assist is a service reserved for CAA-Quebec members. Each request counts as one of your 4 annual assistance services.
Benefits and conditions
The patroller will safely stow your bike on the service vehicle and transport you to the location of your choice.
The distance covered depends on your membership type.
CAA Go | CAA Classic: Up to 20km
CAA Plus | CAA Plus RV: Up to 160km
CAA Premier | CAA Premier RV: Up to 160km for 3 services or up to 320km for 1 service
All bicycles are eligible, including tandems, recumbents, tricycles, and electric bikes.
This benefit is available throughout Quebec, year-round.
You must be on a drivable lane that is accessible to recovery vehicles.
Service is not provided in the following situations: unlocking padlocks and cables, immobilization caused by severe weather conditions, and problems occurring at your residence.
