After listening to both parties, CAA-Quebec uses all necessary means to reconcile them so that they can agree on a solution.
Eligibility criteria:
- Having a dispute with an Approved Residential Supplier over the performance of work carried out.
- Being a member of CAA-Quebec before the work begins, when assistance is requested and during conciliation.
- Applying for a settlement that relates exclusively to work carried out on your primary or secondary residence.
- Able to provide documents relevant to the request (invoice, contract, warranty, etc.).
