Day 1Larnaca

Arrive at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Best Western Plus Larco Hotel 4* or similar

Day 2Larnaca – Lefkara – Larnaca (75km)

See the main attractions in Larnaca: Pierides Museum, winged Lion of Venice, medieval castle, Kamares aqueduct, and the Church of Saint Lazarus. Have lunch, then visit the village of Lefkara, famed for its Lefkaritika lace, and sample some delicious lookoum. Stop at the Church of the Holy Cross and the Agia Marina Chapel. Halloumi worskshop: learn how this famous Cypriot cheese is made and enjoy a tasting. (B-L)

Day 3Larnaca – Troodos – Larnaca (220km)

Explore the villages of Ómodos and Kýkkos in the Troodos mountains. Visit the Monastery of the Cross, the Kýkkos Monastery dedicated to the Virgin Mary, and Throni Hill, home to the tomb of Archbishop Makarios III. In the afternoon, visit a vineyard and taste Cypriot wines, including Xynisteri. Learn about winemaking techniques and grape varieties adapted to the Mediterranean climate. (B-L)

Day 4Larnaca – Paphos – Larnaca (265km)

Tour the Paphos archeological site, starting with Aphrodite’s Rock, the goddess's mythical birthplace. Visit the Archaeological Park, a UNESCO world heritage site that is home to remarkable mosaics, as well as the Tomb of the Kings and Paphos Castle. Stop at the Saint-Paul’s Pillar and the churches of Agia Kyriaki and Agia Solomoni. Enjoy a restaurant lunch featuring seafood mezze. (B-L)

Day 5Larnaca – Nicosia – Larnaca (95km)
