Itinerary
- Day 1: Denpasar – Seminyak (10km)
Arrive at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Bali Agung Village 3* or similar
- Day 2: Seminyak
Enjoy a free morning. In the afternoon, walk through the rice terraces to the famous Tanah Lot Temple, one of the seven temples of the sea along Bali's coastline. Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. (B-D)
- Day 3: Seminyak – Pemuteran (125km)
Head to Pemuteran, a small fishing village tucked up against black sand beaches and turquoise waters. On the way, explore the village of Belimbing followed by a stop at the Banjar thermal springs then at Brahma Vihara-Arama, the only Buddhist monastery in Bali. Mimpi Resort 4* or similar (B)
- Day 4: Pemuteran
Explore this amazing place on your own today. If you like, join one of the optional activities ($). (B)
- Day 5: Pemuteran – Bedugul – Ubud (120km)
Arrive in Ubud, Bali’s cultural hub. Along the way, explore the Ulun Danu Bratan Temple, dedicated to the Balinese goddess of lakes and rivers. Then walk among the Jatiluwih rice terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. KajaNe Mua Hotel 4* or similar (B)
- Day 6: Ubud
Explore the rice terraces and quaint villages around Ubud by convertible. Have lunch with members of the PKP Community Center, an association dedicated to advancing autonomy and equality for Balinese women. Then continue to Kintamani and the caldera of the Mount Batur volcano. (B-L)
- Day 7: Ubud

- Day 8: Ubud – Mount Batur – Candidasa (50km)
Hike the Batur volcano to admire the sunrise. Take in the incredible panoramic view of Lake Batur and three more volcanoes: Abang, Agung, and Batukaru. Continue to Candidasa and stop at Besakih, an impressive Buddhist temple. Hotel Puri Bagus Candidasa 4* or similar (B)
- Day 9: Candidasa – Padangbai – Candidasa
Head to the small protected bay of Padangbai. Go snorkelling to discover the many colours of tropical species lurking below the sea. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Head back to the hotel and spend the rest of the day as you please. (B-L)
- Day 10: Candidasa – Tirta Gangga – Candidasa
Continue along the east coast and stop at the Taman Ujung Water Palace. Tour the Tirta Gangga royal baths and enjoy free time to take a dip. Then tour the temple complex of Pura Lempuyang Luhur. (B)
- Day 11: Candidasa – Tenganan – Candidasa
Discover the rural beauty of Tenganan. Walk among the rice terraces and plantations and admire Bali’s lush scenery. Spend the rest of the day as you please. Enjoy a farewell dinner at the hotel. (B-D)
- Day 12: Candidasa – Sanur (50km)
Travel to the southern tip of Bali, nicknamed the Bukit peninsular. Visit the Goa Lawah temple and the village of Kusamba to learn about traditional salt harvesting methods. Continue to Semarapura, formerly the royal capital, and visit the old courthouse and its floating pavilion. The Alantara Sanur Resort 4* or similar (B)
- Day 13: Sanur – Denpasar (20km)
Enjoy free time. Transfer to Denpasar airport. (B)
