Day 3Strasbourg

Free day to enjoy the city. Welcome dinner. (B-D)

Day 4Strasbourg – Mainz

Free day to explore the city. Later in the afternoon, transfer to the ship. Welcome cocktail. Overnight sailing to Mainz. (B-D)

Day 5Mainz – Frankfurt

Free time to explore Mainz, located at the confluence of the Rhine and Main rivers. Continuation to Frankfurt for a city tour, featuring an astonishing blend of ancient and modern. Overnight sailing to Miltenberg. (B-L-D)

Day 6Miltenberg – Wertheim

Early in the morning, arrival in Miltenberg, the “Pearl of the Main.” Guided tour of the town: the market square surrounded by half-timbered houses, the High Street, and the old town hall. Then, sailing on the Main to Wertheim. Arrival in the afternoon and free time to explore the city. (B-L-D)

Day 7Wertheim – Würzburg

Sailing in the morning. Arrival in Würzburg in early afternoon. Tour of this city on the right bank of the River Main, famous for the lavish Baroque residence of the prince-bishops. Evening entertainment on board. (B-L-D)

Day 8 Rothenburg – Bamberg

Go on a tour of Rothenburg, a fabulously authentic town on Germany’s Romantic Road surrounded by walls built in the 15th century. (B-L-D)

Day 9 Bamberg – Nuremberg – Hilpoltstein

Panoramic tour of Nuremberg in 1945: the courtroom, the Zeppelinfield Grandstand, the Documentation Center Nazi Party Rallying Grounds, and more. Afterward, walking tour of the castle district, with its narrow streets and lovely half-timbered houses. (B-L-D)

Day 10 Hilpoltstein – Regensburg

Sailing to Kelheim on the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal. Arrival in early afternoon. Guided tour of Regensburg, a former imperial city where many Bavarian merchants built their mansions. (B-L-D)

Discovery of Passau, famous for its university, music and theatre. Baroque buildings and romantic cobblestone alleyways are sure to leave you with unforgettable memories. (B-L-D)

Day 12Melk – Dürnstein – Vienna

Arrival in Melk. Visit to Melk Abbey, quintessential landmark of Austrian Baroque art. Tour of Dürnstein, a picturesque village steeped in the legend of King Richard the Lionheart. Sailing to Vienna. In the evening, tour of Vienna in lights. (B-L-D)

Day 13 Vienna – Esztergom

Arrival in Vienna. Guided tour of Schönbrunn Palace, summer residence of the imperial family, and sightseeing tour of Vienna. Gala evening on board. (B-L-D)

Day 14Esztergom – Budapest

In the morning, free time to discover Esztergom, Hungary’s first capital, whose splendour is enhanced by the neoclassical basilica and the former royal palace. Sailing to Budapest. In the evening, tour of illuminated Budapest to admire the spectacular facades of its monuments. (B-L-D)
