Discovery of the Spinoglio winery, located north of Montevideo in the heart of the Cuchilla Pereyra wine region. Founded in the 19th century by Luigi Spinoglio, the property combines historic architecture with modern winemaking techniques. Guided visit of the vineyards and facilities to learn more about the history and production methods. The experience continues with a tasting of four wines served with a platter of cheeses and cured meats, followed by lunch. Return to Montevideo in the late afternoon. (B‑D)

Drive to Colonia del Sacramento and check‑in at the hotel. Afternoon walking tour of the historic quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, exploring its streets and landmarks.
