Lima, Arequipa, Colca

Fly to Lima.
Arrive at the airport and transfer to the hotel (room available on arrival). Spend the morning as you please, then enjoy a welcome lunch at the Huaca Pucllana restaurant, followed by a visit to the archaeological site. Visit the Miraflores district and Parque del Amor overlooking the Pacific, then head to the city centre to explore the colonial part of Lima, including Plaza San Martín and Plaza de Armas. Head to the Sacred Valley and stop at the hotel to drop off your bags until you return at the end of the following day. Bring a small backpack for one night and the excursion to Machu Picchu.
