Day 1 Tunis - Hammamet (80km)

Day 2Hammamet – Kairouan – Tozeur (400km)

Transfer to Kairouan for a guided walking tour through the ancient medina to the Great Mosque, famous for its architectural beauty and spiritual significance. Then, explore the Aghlabids Basins, a remarkable feat of ancient engineering. Continue to Gafsa for lunch before going to Tozeur, a city renowned for its palm groves. Day 3Tozeur – Douz (125km)

Spend the morning as you please or take an optional excursion ($). After lunch, travel toward Douz via the country’s largest salt lake, Chott el-Djerid, known for its white and pink mirages. This location was used in the filming of the Star Wars saga. Arrive in Douz, the “Gateway to the Sahara,” check in at the hotel, and spend the rest of the day as you please. Day 4Douz – Matmata – Djerba (22km)
