Sail from Hout Bay to Duiker Island, home to one of the largest seal colonies in the world. Tour the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, on the southernmost tip of the continent (with a certificate and some bubbly to toast the event). In the afternoon, see the penguin colony on Boulder Beach, followed by a trip to Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden, founded in 1913 to preserve and present Southern Africa’s rich and varied plant life. Day 5 Cape Town – Stellenbosch – Montagu (237km)

Day 7 Oudtshoorn – Knysna (199km)

Day 9Knysna – Port Elizabeth – Durban (318km)
