- Day 1: Montréal – Vancouver, British Columbia
Fly to Vancouver. Upon arrival, take a guided tour of the city and its many attractions: Granville Island and public market, the Chinatown district, Canada Place, the Gastown district, and Stanley Park. Ship docks early in the morning. Disembark. Head to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, a non-profit sanctuary dedicated to preserving local wildlife through conservation, education, research, and quality animal care. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, ride the aerial tram to the top of Mount Alyeska and take in the spectacular views of mountains and glaciers. Hilton Anchorage Hotel 4* (B)
- Day 11: Anchorage, Alaska
Head north, with a stop at the Eklutna Village to learn about Athabascan Indigenous heritage. Continue to Big Lake to visit the kennels run by Iditarod champion Martin Buser. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the famous race and pet the young huskies. Return to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day as you please. (B)
