I began working in the tourism industry in 1990 as a tour host and guide. I am known as a great communicator and am fluent in English, Spanish, in addition to having some knowledge of Portuguese. I approach my guests’ needs with sensitivity and handle the most delicate situations with ease, calm and efficiency. Being a travel enthusiast, I look forward to introducing you to new destinations.
