- Day 1: Montréal – Edinburgh
Flight to Edinburgh.
- Day 2: Edinburgh – Glasgow (66km)
Meet and assist at the airport by a French-speaking representative. Transfer to Glasgow and check-in at the hotel. Hotel to be confirmed
- Day 3: Glasgow
Panoramic tour of the city’s main landmarks and attractions, followed by a visit to St. Mungo’s Cathedral and free time for lunch in the West End district. In the afternoon, visit Kelvingrove Museum, home to an extensive collection of art and natural history exhibits. (B)
- Day 4: Glasgow – Stirling Castle, Haggis Farm and Loch Lomond – Oban (219km)
Drive to Stirling and visit its castle, a jewel of Renaissance architecture and one of Scotland’s most important historic landmarks. Stop at Glenside Farm for a demonstration of traditional haggis preparation. Cruise on Loch Lomond with a whisky tasting, then continue toward Scotland’s west coast. Hotel to be confirmed (B-D)
- Day 5: Excursion to the Isle of Mull (89km)
Ferry crossing from Oban to the Isle of Mull. Discover the island’s rugged landscapes and unspoiled coastline, featuring cliffs, beaches and fishing villages. Return to Oban in the late afternoon. (B-D)
- Day 6: Oban – Glencoe Valley, Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness – Ullapool (260km)
Travel through the spectacular Glencoe Valley before continuing north along the Great Glen to the legendary Loch Ness. Visit Urquhart Castle, a dramatic ruined fortress overlooking the loch, before continuing to Ullapool. Check-in at the hotel. Hotel to be confirmed (B-D)
- Day 7: Ullapool – North Coast and Smoo Cave – Thurso (223km)
Spectacular journey along the North Coast (NC500), one of Europe’s most scenic coastal routes. Stop at Smoo Cave, a remarkable geological wonder shaped by the sea. Continue through Scotland’s northern moorlands and dramatic cliffs before arriving in Thurso. Check-in at the hotel. Hotel to be confirmed (B-D)
- Day 8: Orkney Islands Excursion (123km)
Morning ferry crossing to the Orkney Islands. Discovery of the Neolithic site of Skara Brae and the mysterious stone circles designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Free time in Kirkwall before returning by ferry to the mainland. (B-D)
- Day 9: Thurso – Dunrobin Castle, Speyside and the Highlands
Travel south along Scotland’s east coast. Visit Dunrobin Castle and its French-style gardens. Continue to the Speyside region for a distillery visit and whisky tasting. Proceed into the Highlands and the Cairngorms region. Hotel to be confirmed (B-D)
- Day 10: Pitlochry, St Andrews and Edinburgh
Travel south with a stop in the picturesque Victorian village of Pitlochry. Continue to St Andrews, the birthplace of golf and a historic university town, including an exterior visit of the cathedral.
