- Day 1: Madrid

- Day 2: Madrid – San Lorenzo de El Escorial – Madrid (110km)
Take a sightseeing tour of modern Madrid: Four Towers, Castellana Avenue, the bullring, Atocha station, and Gran Vía. Enjoy a tapas lunch before setting out for San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Take a guided tour of the San Lorenzo de El Escorial monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site steeped in the fascinating secrets of Spain’s royal past. Return to Madrid for dinner. (B-L-D)
- Day 3: Madrid – Toledo – Madrid (150km)
After breakfast, depart for Toledo, where Christians, Muslims, and Jews have coexisted for centuries, leaving behind a powerful cultural legacy. Take a guided tour of the city, including the stunning cathedral, a true architectural masterpiece. Enjoy lunch and an afternoon on your own. Return to Madrid for dinner. (B-L-D)
- Day 4: Madrid – Avila – Salamanca (220km)
Set out for Ávila, one of the best-preserved fortified medieval cities in Europe. - Day 6: Madrid – Segovia – Madrid (200km)
Travel to Segovia for a guided tour of this legendary World Heritage city. Explore the Jewish Quarter, the Roman Aqueduct, and the cathedral (exterior). Enjoy local specialties for lunch. In the afternoon, take a guided tour of the Royal Palace of La Granja de San Ildefonso.
