Panoramic tour of the Amador Causeway with views of Panama Bay, followed by a photo stop at the spectacular Biomuseo designed by Frank Gehry. Visit to the Seafood Market and tasting of ceviche. Walking tour of Casco Viejo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its charming squares and colonial heritage. After lunch, visit to the Miraflores Locks, followed by a Panamanian chocolate workshop including the creation of a personalized chocolate bar. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. (B-L)
Embarkation for a cruise on Gatun Lake, in the heart of the Panama Canal. Sailing among small islands, including the famous Monkey Island, renowned for its many species of monkeys living in their natural habitat. Along the way, opportunity to observe the impressive ships transiting the canal. Continued discovery with a visit to the Indigenous Emberá community and an introduction to its traditions. Following a traditional lunch, exploration of the forest’s traditional plant uses, followed by a demonstration of local dances and handicrafts. (B-L)
Transfer to the Caribbean coast for a day dedicated to the history and culture of Panama. Discovery of Fort San Lorenzo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site overlooking the Caribbean Sea, followed by a visit to Portobelo, a former strategic port of the colonial trade era. After a lunch featuring Afro-Caribbean flavours, exploration of local heritage with visits to the Church of the Black Christ and the Portobelo Museum. The day concludes with a discovery of Congo art, an iconic expression of Afro-Panamanian culture, through an exhibition rich in colour and tradition. (B-L)
Departure for El Valle de Antón, a charming village nestled within the crater of an extinct volcano. Renowned for its pleasant climate, the area offers exceptional scenery combining lush mountains and local traditions. Discovery of Chorro El Macho Waterfall, whose waters are linked to a local legend, set in a forest rich with birdlife and tropical vegetation. Afternoon visit to the Mercado de Artesanía, featuring textiles, wood carvings and the famous Panamanian molas. Return to the hotel in mid-afternoon. (B-L)
Early-morning departure for an immersive experience in Soberanía National Park, renowned for its exceptional biodiversity. Visit to the Rainforest Discovery Center and ascent of its 30m observation tower for spectacular views of the rainforest canopy and its colourful wildlife. Continue along the famous Pipeline Road, known for outstanding opportunities to observe birds, monkeys, sloths and many other species. Lunch at Gamboa Rainforest Resort. Afternoon visit to Panama’s first sloth sanctuary, followed by discovery of butterfly gardens, a frog pond and native orchids. (B-L)

Departure for Capira, a lush mountainous region located approximately 1.5 hours from Panama City. Visit to a family-owned farm in the heart of the Panama Canal watershed to discover Robusta coffee and pineapple cultivation, including tastings of fresh local products. Opportunity to enjoy a natural waterfall or explore the surrounding countryside on foot amid peaceful landscapes and a pleasant climate. After a traditional lunch featuring local pineapple specialties, return to Panama City. Dinner accompanied by a folkloric show. (B-L-D)
