Day 1Dubrovnik – Neum (65km)

Airport pickup and transfer to hotel. Hotel Sunce 4* or similar (D)

Day 2Neum – Dubrovnik – Neum (130km)

Travel to Dubrovnik, a Mediterranean jewel at the foot of Mount Srđ. Tour the old city and its ramparts, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This former city-state is fabled for its progressive history: the abolition of slavery, public health measures, and architectural harmony. In the afternoon, you’re free to explore the Rector’s Palace, the Dominican Monastery, and the famous ramparts. (B-D)

Day 3Neum – Korčula – Neum (130km)

Head to Orebić and take the boat to Korčula, an island shaped by Venetian charm and the legacy of the Republic of Dubrovnik. Learn about the island’s heritage, brotherhoods, and wines and its ties to Marco Polo. Take the scenic road back to Orebić, towards Ston via the Pelješac peninsular, renowned for its wines and coves. In Ston, explore a town famed for its oysters, historic salt pans, and imposing city walls at your leisure. (B-D)

Day 4Neum

Free day. Optional excursion: discover the Neretva River delta and valley ($). In the evening, head inland to the village of Moševići. Delight in a typical dinner cooked under the bell, with a traditional music show. (B-D)

Day 5Neum – Split – Trogir – Vodice (260km)

Head to Split. See Diocletian’s Palace, shaped by centuries of history, and the cathedral, once a mausoleum. Continue to Trogir, a former Greek colony listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and connected to the mainland and the island of Čiovo by bridges. Take a guided tour of the old town, exploring palaces, the cathedral, and medieval streets. Hotel Punta 4* or similar (B-D)

Day 6Vodice – Šibenik – Zadar – Otočac (255km)

Head to Šibenik. Take a guided tour of the historic centre of this Croatian city founded by the Slavs, famous for the Cathedral of Saint James.
