Those are the words I use when I meet the people who, week by week, try to make your everyday life easier. As I discover the strength of the CAA-Quebec network and the exceptional qualities of our staff, I believe more than ever in the importance of offering you a memorable and satisfying experience each time you call on us for help. Whether it’s responding to a tow truck appeal at -20°C or helping you plan your next getaway, and everything else in between like renewing your car, home or travel insurance, I get the clear sense of a superb working community. In short, my first weeks at the helm of the organization have filled me with delight and satisfaction. And I feel privileged to meet devoted and engaged people, who are proud of their work.

120 years’ legacy
After my recent arrival, I have realized that your confidence in the familiar blue-and-red oval logo is due to the happy mix of talent and commitment seen every day from individuals bent on making a difference. The facts speak for themselves: CAA-Quebec now has more than 1,360,000 members, which means that one in every four Quebec households is a steadfastly loyal CAA-Quebec member.
I salute the exceptional dedication of my predecessors, including Richard Lachance who leaves behind a healthy and forward-looking operation.
Building on more than a century of history is the challenge that I’m taking on. With enthusiasm and determination, I will put my energy and ideas into the service of the CAA-Quebec of today and tomorrow.
