For CAA-Quebec, 2013 was a year of tremendous growth. We've effectively sustained this momentum by workingon improving our infrastructure, including ininformation technology. Our Internet platform,with its revamped Members Space, is a goodexample. Often invisible, these changes havenonetheless allowed us to refine our membershipservices by being more attuned and relevant toall concerned. In 2014, the effort will continue.
