Cruises and personalized travel a big hit in Trois-Rivières, says CAA-Quebec Travel
Mediterranean destinations like Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Greece are more popular than ever in Trois-Rivières, but personalized travel experiences have even more pull, and cruises are gaining a lot of ground.
“These days, travelling is all about new experiences. The destination isn’t the goal, it’s a chance to explore a new environment and experience a different culture,” says Philippe Blain, Vice President of Travel Services with CAA-Quebec.

“Around ten big-name travel partners like Transat, Tours Chanteclerc, and Walt Disney as well as top cruise lines will be at the CAA-Quebec Travel Event to answer your questions.”

For cruising, all-inclusive packages and European itineraries are the going trends. According to the latest data for 2019 from CAA-Quebec’s Travel Centre in Trois-Rivières, the number of people booking cruises is on the rise. “The cruise lines have really expanded and diversified their offering, bringing a ton of new products on the market for every budget” says Blain.
