CAA-Quebec 's senior management welcomes two new members
CAA-Quebec is proud to announce the appointment of François Blais as Executive Vice-President, Membership and Insurance and Ariane de Warren as Senior Vice-President, Retail. Both of them took office on September 29 and join the CAA-Quebec Management Committee.
The addition of these two new players is meant to expand service offerings for members, grow the insurance sector and develop and modernize mobility offerings. These appointments will also allow the organization to devote more attention to its service centres, driving school operations, and its role as a vehicle registration agent.
“For almost three years now, CAA-Quebec has been implementing a major growth strategy that includes brand modernization and revenue diversification,” said Marie-Soleil Tremblay, President and CEO. This goal of this transformation is to build a more efficient, agile and forward-looking organization.”
Focus on growth
François Blais, a trained actuary and Laval University graduate, will work closely with the Membership, Mobility and Insurance teams in his new position. He will be sharing the visionary and inspiring human-centred management approach he developed to leave his mark at organizations such as iA Financial Group and Desjardins over the past 20 years.
François is the kind of colleague we all wish we had: a keen observer who is attentive to others and brings people together, with an extraordinary sense of calm and a mind that’s always active.
Ariane de Warren, a graduate of the McGill–HEC Montréal EMBA program, brings 25 years of inspiring retail experiences to the table. She has several key achievements to her credit at Groupe Dynamite and the SAQ, where she contributed to the launch of the Inspire program and led the strategic transformation of a unit, redefining the customer experience for the government corporation’s partners.
Behind her determined gaze lives a passionate, creative and reliable manager with good listening skills and extensive expertise in sales and marketing. These are all qualities required for her new role with CAA-Quebec’s Travel, Vehicle Registration and Driving School teams.

“I am very happy to add these two talents to our management team and to start a new phase of growth and value creation for CAA-Quebec and for our members.”
