Appointment to the CAA-Quebec Board of Directors

Board Chair Mr. Glenn Kelly is pleased to announce that on February 19, Ms. Catherine Dagenais joined the CAA-Quebec Board of Directors. An experienced businesswoman and manager, Ms. Dagenais has worked at Hallmark and Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ), where she held various positions. In June 2018 she became SAQ’s first female CEO, a position she held until June 2023.

“Ms. Dagenais is highly motivated and is an expert in retail and the customer experience. She is an energetic and committed leader who will work with diligence and ambition to contribute to the development of CAA-Quebec,” said Mr. Kelly.  “Her experience in change management and technological and operational transformations will allow her to actively participate in shaping the future of CAA-Québec.”

Her professional profile complements what the existing directors already bring to the table. She holds an Executive MBA (McGill-HEC) and a BA in Business Administration, marketing track (HEC).
