New appointments to the CAA-Quebec board of directors

After the general meeting of April 8, 2021, Glenn Kelly was appointed chair of the CAA-Quebec board of directors. René Proulx stepped down from that position but will stay on as a director. Kimberley Okell moved into the vice chair seat and Jacques Topping joined the board as a new director.

“I’m proud to chair this experienced board made up of people dedicated to the success of CAA-Quebec, a non-profit organization that has been around for 117 years and serves more than 1.3 million members in Quebec,” said Mr. Kelly, chair of the board of directors. “Our job is to work in the best interest of the organization’s members in tireless pursuit of its mission.”

Mr. Kelly spent his career in the energy and natural resources industry and is an inspiring leader, with extensive board experience in other organizations. He approaches business development challenges with excitement and commitment. Ms. Okell, for her part, is a business law specialist who deals with national and international cases in her practice. She joined CAA-Quebec in 2016. Lastly, as a CPA Fellow and Certified Corporate Director, Mr. Topping will bring his experience in digital business and innovative governance to the organization.
