Even more SAAQ services at designated CAA locations

Drivers can now take advantage of new services available at CAA’s designated SAAQ (Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec) outlets. It’s great news for everyone, but especially for drivers with a learner’s license.

CAA-Quebec has 11 SAAQ vehicle registration centres throughout the province, serving members and non-members alike. As official service outlets, they process routine transactions for drivers, including vehicle registration, transfer, storage, and disposal.

New and convenient services

In early November, CAA-Quebec registration centres added to the list of services they offer. They can now issue and renew learner’s licences, reinstate a class or a licence that was cancelled within the last three years (except Class 6D for motorcycles), and process medical reports for Class 1, 2, and 3 learner’s licenses.

Faulty licence plates

Drivers who have had issues with the reflective film on their licence plate will be pleased to hear that designated SAAQ service outlets are now a one-stop shop for the replacement defective plates (except personalized plates).
