But even with the best of precautions, winter can catch us by surprise. Luckily, you can count on CAA-Quebec Roadside Assistance to be there for you 24/7 throughout Quebec and North America, however low the mercury dips.

So we can continue to be there when our members need us most, we’ve made some changes to our roadside assistance service during the pandemic. In March we took steps to provide all our services while protecting the health and safety of our members, employees, and partners. CAA-Quebec will brook no compromise.
Rest assured that our patrollers know our health requirements by heart and follow the procedures we’ve put in place based on public health recommendations.
