Answers to your questions

  • 3 cents per litre discount on all fuel grades purchased by a CAA-Quebec member for personal use. 

Yes, the discount is applied immediately to your invoice when you swipe your card or enter your membership number. 

  • If you pay at the pump, swipe your CAA-Quebec membership card when prompted.

  • If you pay through Shell EasyPay™ in the Shell app, you must enter your CAA-Quebec membership number to claim the offer.* 

  • If you pay in-store, simply show your CAA-Quebec membership card at the time of transaction.

No, both the 10% discount on in-store purchases and the 10% discount on car washes are not valid in Quebec. However, as a CAA-Quebec member, you can take advantage of these offers at participating Shell locations in other Canadian provinces. At the moment, only the offer on fuel is available in Quebec at participating Shell locations. 

Yes, in addition to all fuel grades, diesel fuels purchased by each member for personal use are eligible for the discount. 

Yes, you can receive the CAA-Quebec member discount and earn Air Miles. 

  • If you are paying at the pump, you will be prompted to swipe your CAA-Quebec membership card and then your Air Miles card.

  • If you are paying through Shell EasyPay™ in the Shell app, you can enter your CAA-Quebec membership number and Air Miles card number into the Shell app.*

  • If you are paying in-store, you will need to show your CAA-Quebec membership card along with your Air Miles card to enjoy both offers.  

Yes, your physical CAA-Quebec membership card is required to get the discount at the pump and in-store. Your CAA membership number cannot be entered manually. In addition, the digital membership card registered on the CAA mobile app cannot be scanned as well. 

We recommend that you load your CAA Membership card into Shell EasyPay™ in the Shell app* for automatic processing.

Offer is valid until February 28, 2027 at Participating Shell Locations for current members of the Canadian Automobile Association (“CAA®”) The Offer provides a discount of 3 cents per litre when a qualified customer purchases any grade of Shell fuel (the “Discount”). The Discount shall apply to a maximum of 4 transactions per day and purchase of 1,000 litres per calendar month per CAA membership number.  Any Discounts shall be calculated on the pre-tax amount and may be combined with other offers at Shell’s sole discretion. A valid CAA membership number must be presented at time of purchase. “Valid Members” means Members of Participating Clubs who meet the terms and conditions of the Member Offer and other terms, conditions and limitations imposed by Shell, acting reasonably and as posted on Shell or an Affiliate’s website or otherwise made available to the public for review, in order to ensure compliance with Applicable Laws and for the purposes of avoidance of customer fraud, abuse or misconduct, at any time and from time to time for participation in, or the benefit of, the Member Offer. Members using an existing Shell commercial business or “fleet” payment card are excluded from the Offer.  Shell reserves the right to make changes to this Offer and to terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason and without notice.
