To take advantage of the 3% discount (up to a maximum of $100), CAA-Quebec members must show their valid membership card at the time of payment. The discount applies only to work or maintenance performed on the member’s private portion of a condominium building (condo). The discount is not available to commercial customers, nor does it apply to maintenance and work paid for by an insurer, or to deductibles.
