It’s been almost a year since I took office, and I can say with complete confidence that all our team is determined to always do our best. The same know-how applies to every need we fulfil, whether urgent (like Roadside Assistance) or low priority (like planning a trip). Our commitment is that you won’t ever be disappointed when you use our services. We aim to earn your trust.
That is why we devote a lot of our energies implementing solutions aimed at improving our members’ experiences, your experience. We offer an up to date and f resh CAA-Quebec – simpler, more useful, and still just as human. Here are some impressive examples.
Always something new, always more advantages
Discover our new website, the foundation of a more digital and accessible CAA-Quebec. To our podcasts, expert advice and heaps of practical content, we’ve added a simplified purchasing experience and a connected retail space to make your transactions smoother. And scheduled for 2025 is a whole new Travel section.
You can also expect more instant discounts from our partners. With our new partner Shell, for example, you’ll instantly get 3 cents off for every litre of fuel you purchase from participating Shell stations across Canada.* In this current economic climate, every effort to make life more affordable matters.
And with the new CA A Go membership, we offer Bike Assist assistance to cyclists travelling in urban and rural settings a like whether on regular or e-bikes. By innovating in this way, we aim to assist and meet the needs of a growing number of people.
A community-minded CAA-Quebec
While we work hard to deliver genuine value for every dollar that our members entrust us, it’s society as a whole that benefits from our organization. Through gestures of solidarity and sensible and responsible public stances, we believe it’s important to continue to exert a positive influence.
That’s why we became actively involved in the development and implementation of Canada’s first all-electric tow truck. This innovation allowed us to play a leadership role in helping the towing industry to reduce its ecological footprint.
It’s also why, as a way of reducing our paper consumption and the ever-growing production costs, the contents of CAA-Quebec Magazine will soon be only available on our renewed website. Same practical content, less paper.
