Important details about membership: A CAA-Quebec membership is personal and one person cannot have two active membership files at the same time. Services become available upon receipt of payment by CAA-Quebec, in accordance with the terms of membership. However, during the first 48 hours of membership, Roadside Assistance is available in Quebec only and an additional administrative fee of $60 (plus taxes) is required. Roadside Assistance is not available outside Quebec during the first two days of membership. 

For the CAA Plus, CAA Premier, CAA Plus RV, and CAA Premier RV options (which can be added to the CAA Classic membership), if towing occurs within the first 7 days of joining or upgrading the membership, the number of free kilometres is limited to 30 per option added. This measure may be combined with an administrative fee of $60 (plus taxes) in certain situations. 

When a Roadside Assistance service is requested at the time of enrolment, full payment must be made.

** The “less than $10 per month” amount is based on two CAA Classic memberships: One primary membership at $99.99 (plus taxes) and one additional membership at $10 (plus taxes), for a total of $109,99 before taxes ($9.17 per month, plus taxes). Monthly payments may vary by a few cents to ensure that the total amount paid for the year is in line with the annual fee announced in this communication. *** This offer is reserved for a person aged 14 or over residing at the same address as the primary member, or for a child of the primary member residing at a different address, if aged 24 or under and a full-time student. Monthly payment plan: By choosing to subscribe to the monthly payment plan, you authorize us to charge your bank account or credit card for each instalment. Each year, at the time of renewal, we will send you a notice reminding you of our agreement and, if applicable, indicating any changes to the amounts deducted for the coming year. Unless you notify us otherwise, your authorization remains in effect for each 12-month membership period. You may cancel your monthly payment by contacting CAA-Quebec. You will be required to pay the remaining membership fees in one lump sum. You are entitled to certain recourse rights if a debit does not comply with this agreement.
