If the trip of a CAA Premier® or CAA Premier RV® member is interrupted because of an unexpected illness or injury and the vehicle must be towed or transported to their residence, they are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $500.
- The member must be travelling to or from the destination (and not already there);
- The incident must take place more than 160 km from the member’s primary residence;
- The claim must be forwarded to CAA-Quebec within 30 days of the incident;
- Only one request can be submitted per vehicle, per event, per membership year and per family member.
Supporting documents required
The original detailed invoices regarding the vehicle’s towing or
transportation, as well as medical proof, must be provided along
with the claim.
